Photobomb

We've been training for the Great North Swim again today, and I was really chuffed to do a full mile in open water for the first time. It took me 1 hour 17 mins, which is only 10 mins slower than I do it in the pool so I was pleased with that.

Before we got in the water, we had fun taking a few jumping shots - and I love how Owen the dog managed to photobomb Alysons jump shot.
