It rained off and on for most of the day - I went up to the dentists for a final scrape and polish and came back via the big Sainsbury's for various messages. I got the bus along the road (so that I could shelter in the bus stop) and found myself just staring at this wall of brand new fresh green leaves across London Rd. Wych elms, probably. Drink it in.
