Plants get transplanted

Friend K who took a load to goodwill for us Monday returned wed am to tide down with me to Portland . We took a bunch of miscellaneous yard art and a few plants from our yard here to our new yard. It was a glorious day and the drive wasn’t too bad ! My son came and emptied the load for us and K dug in a few irises for me . It was great to have company down and her help to plant.
She said “it gave me time to share my life’s story”. I replied “add a murder here and there and you could be on dateline “. (Tv show dramatizing re-enactments of missing people etc)
