I had to work today, so Nick stayed home as Murron had no school. Rowan had her final exam, so now she can relax a little and enjoy the rest of her study leave. She has been incredibly calm throughout and I am very proud of her. She has dealt with everything beautifully. She celebrated by going to the cinema with Scott and leaving her phone on the bus.

When I returned home Nick and Murron had just returned from a cycle to Haddington. Murron got changed and then lay on the trampoline reading in the sun. I pottered in the garden.
