Hanging on

Not quite by a thread but it always intrigues me how plants can thrive in rocks and crevices.

There has been some good news for the APD today. Service level agreements were issued and signed. Hopefully the funds will arrive as swiftly as the agreements were issued and the APD beneficiaries can again get the care they need.

Needless to say many NGOs will not recover and their services will not be replaced.

The whole situation is such a farce, but sadly those that suffer do not live in the lap of luxury like those who make these pathetic policies.
