Emergency Alert Test

Today we all received this message from the government as a test to warn us of imminent danger. Orla had reminded us a couple of times to expect it, but it was still quite a shock when it went off.

We watched YouTube videos about Skipton in the evening to make it more familiar. Conor said it looked like a nice place to live. We also watch Skipton Girls High School leavers videos which made Orla quite excited about going.  

Orla went into Glasgow with Hannah and Emma the afternoon. First time they had gone in together. 

We watched Tolkien the movie in the evening and it was really good. Orla really liked it as she has just finished watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
