This shone for us briefly just before the rain arrived. The rain is going to help me clean the conservatory and drive. I have just done all the indoor windows, now for the real deal.

If you own a conservatory or not, if you do your own windows, may I suggest a Karcher WV50 window vac, especially for the indoors window cleaning. Wash the windows then use the window vac as a squeegee, no streaks, no drips, done quietly and efficiently.
