Another bank holiday and work in the garden begins. A shot of Alan digging out the 'easy' tree root. It was a 25 year old conker tree which my son planted at 5 years if age in a pot. The pot was planted in the ground so it should be easy together out said I. Famous last words. We had to cut the tree down last autumn due to moth infestation and getting the pot out is no mean feat as the roots have grown round the pot.
I am repotting the tubs and planting veg seeds. Quite easy in comparison but that root will come out

Update - root out hole filled in. alan now weeding patio which means stones have to come up
