What's that?

The weather today lived up to the promise in the red sky last night.  Seeing the sun, and the forecast, we decided to have a trip out.  Just a short drive to the Kennedy Arboretum. 

A lovely walk round.  Lots of interesting trees.  Bluebells.  Garlic.  Whitebells (white bluebells)!  Some ideas for our developing garden.  And a glorious view over 6 counties from the viewpoint.

Then, taking an accidental* different route home, we saw this.  No information sign to tell us about it.  Looks OK from this side, but was rather sad looking from the other side, with broken glass, and much rubbish.  A search on the Internet brought up this news article.

We stopped off in Ballinaboola on the way home to book an appointment for hair cuts tomorrow. 

* read that as "overconfident regarding the route, got a bit lost"
