Flowers & Ferries
Jak and I explored the campsite grounds this morning. He chased around, disappearing around corners then reappearing as if to tell me to get a move on. It is so lovely, with many beautiful wild flowers, ferns and fungi. I think I may need to spend a bit more time exploring (I hope Jak doesn't mind).
We decided to go to Mudeford Quay near Christchurch. From the quay, we took a ferry over to Mudeford Sandbank which is home to the most expensive beach huts in the world (one recently being sold for nearly £600,000). I couldn't really see why they were so much but it is an extremely lovely little beach. Jak loved the ferry and had so much fun in the sand dunes (see extra).
