Hansel & Gretel

New buildings are going up. The walls are still covered by raw concrete and hidden by the bright paper sheets seen here. The white-and-red pattern reminds me of peppermint candy, bringing to mind the candy house of the fairy tale. I think I'd prefer these bright walls to the drab grey that will soon replace them.
