At Banff

Walked in the morning through Forglen Estate. Hundreds of acres of the commercial forestry have been cut and cleared, thousands of pine trees in big piles waiting to be moved. Strange to have horizons in places which used to be dim forest in all the 50 years I remember here. 

To Turriff in the afternoon to meet three of my parents' friends, and a trip to Banff care home to visit another. The sun came out in the afternoon, so the blip is a quick view of the hills to the South and West of Banff.
