CSI craggyt

This leg bone and ring belonged to a Scottish racing pigeon, ringed in 2012 and killed and eaten by a peregrine falcon, on a ledge, 200 feet up on Goat Crag in Borrowdale Cumbria. Time of death is uncertain, however as feathers where still present at the scene, not too long since. Motivation for the killing...feeding it's young, on a ledge, some way off to the side.
