Tasty tomato

I like tomatoes when they have a tasty flavour and a "cracky" bite.

When they got soft I put some bacon and unions in a frying pan. Get them well baked and cut the soft tomatoes into little parts. Put them also in the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Flavour it up with pepper.

It tastes very good on bread.
