Eurovision ‘Party’

In stark contrast to yesterdays winter weather, today was warm, sunny, blue skies and warm enough to just wear a jumper when out.
Cathie, Hannah, Lizzie, Leslie, Adélie, Tilly and myself went for an afternoon swim at Linton. My first swim this year without neoprene (apart from the geothermal spa at Matlock). 14 degrees! Can’t believe it’s that warm but very happy it was.
This evening was our little ‘party’ while watching the Eurovision Song Contest. Chilli nachos, sweat n salty popcorn and Fentmans fizzy drinks. A bit of crochet (got my fourth pencil topper worry monster done) and a spot of Scout playing and combing.
Sweden won. Very fitting for next years 50 years of ABBA. That will be worth while watching!
