Yesterday evening, I was asked to photograph the dressed rehearsal of four young choreographers whose works debuted today.

I was very impressed by each of the choreographers' creativity and their ability to weave issues of importance to them (and society at large) into their work; they dealt with trust (within yourself and with others), tension between conformity and individualism, immigration and adapting to a new environment, and, the end of the world (or how one deals with life-changing, immovable circumstances). 

As I type this, they should be nearing the end of their live performances in front of an audience and I'm sure they will do so to great applause :)
