What? Moving in???

As I walked through the garden I noticed movement in the birdhouse...but it wasn't a bird, it was little fuzzy bees!! Is this good or bad? 

It is hot here today! I finished setting up the timers for the drip systems this morning...Yeah, done...ready for the hotter day tomorrow.
