Clouds in the northeast sky

Today has been Mother's Day. Both in New Zealand (Aotearoa) and in Australia. Tsuken rang S on FaceTime this morning and they had a long and happy talk. This afternoon, we gathered at daughter C's home (J also came), and that was alovely relaxing afternoon. As sunset neared I took this photo looking northeast along Birdwood Road.
