Running woman
Me. Yep! I've taken up running. Lost 4lbs the first week and haven't looked back since. I am using the very popular couch to 5k running app and currently in week 3 (which has been the hardest so far). Even an asthma attack during a run hasn't deterred me. I can do this!
What's everyone else been up to?
