Eurovision 2023

We had a great time together, cooking & tasting veggie food from different countries and watching the Eurovision beamed live from Liverpool. I personally loved Switzerland's entry. However, when we picked from a hat a few weeks ago, I got Italia (close to home!) so my food, drink and dessert options were all easy enough to prepare and, of course, Marco Mengoni's song was great and came high up on that leaderboard :-) 

The blip shows A's delicious homemade pierogi from Poland. We also had Greek feta & spinach pie, Spanish patatas bravas and Swedish veggie balls amongst lots of other treats.
