Butterfly Walk 2
Today I went for my second walk with the Butterfly Conservation people. This time we went to Old Winchester Hill. Everyone agrees that the butterflies are very late this year - but the day was filled with glorious warmth and sunshine - and what a beautiful place to walk, despite the vertiginous climbs!
So here is a small group of my favourite sightings of the day (all small): dingy skipper on the left, green hairstreak top right and small copper bottom right.
Now I'm off to have a well earned shower! Have a great start to the week, lovely blippers xx
Oh, yes, a reminder: #WFW23_06 finished last night (Saturday) and as from today we're on to #WFW23_07
