Had outing to supermarket with M&C - bought fruit and veg galore - started batch cooking - blipped vegetable ingredients for Pepsi Max chicken - oops - forgot to add the yellow pepper - sounds wrong to cook with a soft drink making the sauce -: but do like the end result - had catch up with daughter A - arranged meeting with Community Choir folk I sang with pre Covid - we now sing at different sessions - confirmation I’ve a place on a walking holiday in Turkey next year - ingredients of a good day
