Chilling

It was a dull morning so, on my return from walking Django, I went to the garden to look for a Blip, and sat with Django for ten minutes. The apple tree now has a few flowers, and a bee was busy harvesting their nectar, but I don't expect any fruit this year. We've had lots of fruit in the past four even numbered years, but none in the other years.

After a quiet afternoon, alternating between programming and reading my book, A returned from her weekend away. I put food to cook in the oven, including an apple crumble made from some of the frozen slices of last year's crop, and did some grocery shopping.
