Exploring the new territory

I tested my walk to the train station today - 10 mins. Noone was there though so I need to get there early tomorrow to work out the best ticket options.

We also nipped into Watford and picked up new table lamps for the bedroom and some new bedding.

Later in the afternoon we went for a wander along the Grand Union canal. We came across a flock (gaggle?) of geese who we fed some cake to. Top Goose then chased some of the other guys off.

There is also a young swan wandering about - so young you can see the grey downy type feathers still in his coat. We gave him some cake also and can see that perhaps the birds can get to know us somewhat. Lovely!

I also got some facetime with my favourite little people this morning showing my sister and her family around our new home :)
