Reflective

Well it's been a reflective kind of day...No work of course, so time to let the mind roam. And the body. I dusted off the bike and pedalled off along the canal to our nearest swimming pool for a few lengths about midday. The excursion was considerably lengthened by lots of poodling about taking photographs, but that just made it all the more enjoyable.

Needs to be seen LARGE to be seen at it's best...
