New shops

This a redevopment at another shopping centre not far from us. The shopkeeper who owned the ground level health food store has turned into a property developer. From owning a single shop he bought the adjoining shops and then got planning permission to rebuild the area as a 2 level group of shops. Good on him for taking a risk and for moving business to the next level.

He is assured of tenants being next to a supermarket.
