Digging

Today was another allotment day. This is my husband working very hard digging the patch ready for the sweetcorn and butternut squash to go in. Then we moved on to getting the peas and broad beans in. As we were just about to leave we then acquired some dwarf beans from a lady who had too many so we found a bit of space for them too! I'm starting to feel really proud of what we have achieved in just a few months, it now looks like a proper allotment, such a turn around from the weed patch we started with.
