If only we could go like Mo

Today, the usual suspects had a go at the BUPA London 10k. We started in the Mall, took in all the tourist highlights, and ended up reassuringly close to Buckingham Palace.

The course looped back on itself. So, when I reached 3k, I had the pleasure of seeing our man Mo storming past in the other direction. The crowd cheered, the runners cheered, go Mo go!!!

Much later, and after recovering a bit, Mavis produced her iPhone for this snap.

Unfortunately, M had a accident while cycling home. Some mook opened their car door, causing her to swerve. Fortunately (!) a bus broke her fall. She claims to be ok; but she is at home with less blood than this morning and aching ribs. Get well soon M : )
