Cinque Terre, Day 3

This a view of Vernazza (or Varanasi as we ended up calling it). It’s a beautiful village, as are all 5. We had walked there from Corniglia on maybe our favourite walk of the trip. Labouring up to the route’s high point in the sun we were pleased to be told there was a bar just around the corner, with fabulous views. Aye right! but so there was and enjoyed melon and orange slushes in the sun. Idyllic.
