I'm in Medway for a birthday party. A great friend is turning 60. I'm at a party with at least another dozen friends as well as a mum of 90. We're having a ball. This table is about the right size, it's in Rochester Cathedral and has been made from a very old oak tree. Most likely it has longer provenance than the current English monarchy, but we're at a bistro where the tables are shorter and less scary
