A Nice Day For A Blip Wedding

And here they stand .. twitters and blippers all!

All roads led to Stratford upon Avon today for Gary and Cathy's wedding. Cathy has a blip feed on here and we have been great friends with them for a couple of years now, all from the medium of social media.

All of the people in this photo were at mine and Dawn's twedding, we had no idea then we would be all reunited again at Cathy's wedding. Those continuous readers of this blog will remember Gary was dressed as a duck at our wedding. The day was not going to finish without some dressing up!

The weather was perfect, wall to wall blue sky .. and it was warm! Both of them looked so happy. We had a laugh with our table during the wedding breakfast.

Before we knew it it was the evening reception, and disco time. It was also time for the twitter table to get dressed up. There was a whole secret thread on Facebook between them all, and a theme was set as Superheroes. The room was suddenly filled with Batman, Robin, Wonderwoman, Superman and a random Stormtrooper! Alas I have no photos at the moment, as I haven't had chance to edit them. I will link them in a future blip.

It was a brilliant day full of a lot of fun and laughter, like any good wedding should be. We had a slightly surreal night though, when a random woman came our hotel room at 3am, used our toilet, realised she was in the wrong room and left! It could only happen to us ...

I'd like to end this blip by wishing Gary and Cathy a wonderful honeymoon and life together. We will see them again soon I have no doubt!
