HOT in Seattle

We managed 2 miles in the record heat this morning ( I think not more than 90F) before spending the afternoon in my very cool studio .   The olympic mountains were out very clearly earlier but you can see the clouds are rolling in and a thunderstorm is predicted later.    (hasn't happened)   I’m very fond of all the outdoor tables and chairs in our neighborhood…  might start a series…I thought about cropping out the wrapped building on the left but think it’s better to get this view of what you’d see from here up near the freeway.   That’s the Aurora bridge and Queen Anne section of Seattle.   Might have to take another when those gladioli are blooming.
