Enjoying the Sunny Day

After a heavy frost we got a lovely sunny day. A cold wind picked up in the afternoon. The Cosmos are just about at the end of their flowering now. The Waxeye birds are enjoying their seed.. but are gone if I try and take a photo off them. Maybe one day I may be lucky.

There were only seven of us at the Hydrotherapy class this morning. After the class a I dropped a few cloths off at the Op shop that were too big for me.

I had another Migraine yesterday and are still not feeling 100%. Hopefully It will be gone by tomorrow.
