It's a what's it

Have a guess. All will be revealed tomorrow if no one gets it beforehand. 

The lime pickle is all jarred up, having cooled overnight. It yielded two large jars and a few small ones to give away. In truth I will give most of it away. There's only so many curries we're likely to cook and eat.

The limes and the chillies for this batch are both home grown, as is another jar of 25 pickled limes I discovered as I was groping about in the pantry today. The lime tree has since keeled over due to borer attack so I suggested to M we grow another one. Even if he gets one that's a mere twig, it will likely bear fruit by the time we've consumed this and the next lot.
