Swings and roundabouts

Ups and downs, swings and roundabouts, dark and light. Most of the day has been very difficult , but this evening Rafi picked up a little ( when I went to collect Jodie ) and had some silly fun with his sisters.
Earlier in the day we managed to get him out of bed to come to our accommodation to try some beans on toast that he's been fancying ( eaten through the mesh bag)On the walk to the accommodation he became very distressed and violent, saying that he wanted to kill himself. He still says constantly that he wants to go home and when Kiera asked him want he missed about home he said 'Mum' and I was standing right beside him.... We sat with him outside for a while and had a bit of peace and quiet and he calmed down.
Thank goodness his sisters are here to lift his mood a little ( when he's not calling them names).
Sarah visited too armed with essentials like cake, wine , blueberries and Manuka honey for my cold.
Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow.
