tulips are such useful blip objects…..they shrivelled even more…..but now they’re in the bin….

had a review of my meds with the gp pharmacist…..it ended up really well and next month i am going on slow release metformin, and starting today increase the bp tablets to 100 mg….
She also did the bloodtest i was due, so it saves me ringing at 8am thurdsay….

afterwards i diid a food shop at Sainsbury’s…going to love2move later….
