The lily pond

Today a friend and I went out to Hinton Ampner, a local National Trust place.  They keep fish in their lily pond, fish who are clearly used to being hand fed.  As a form of begging it wasn't very successful, but as blip-fodder it was a shoo in!

I am wondering very much what those two extra sensor are on it's face.  They look rather like eyes but I'm sure they're something much more clever.  Any suggestions gratefully received.

Now I'm pooped.  I seem to have been on my feet all day and tomorrow there's another butterfly walk.  If I don't come back in the evening you'll know I've fainted from exhaustion and been eaten by a New Forest pony.
