Walking today

I haven't been out with the group since I fell off my bike.
I got a list and liked this one I've done before.We caught the bus to South Beach Blyth.Then walked back to Whitley Bay.
I left the others at Seaton Sluice and caught the bus back home.
I didn't think I could manage the extra bit.My legs are aching now.
I'll soon get into the swing of things ...I hope !
