Fusilli Integrali with mushroom & celery sauce
Had celery and mushrooms. Decided to do a repeat(version) of a recipe I made a couple of weeks ago.
Chopped up the veg (celery, mushrooms, red peppers, carrot and garlic). A quick fry. Then into the Ninja with a spoon of chickpea flour,
Turmeric, mustard powder, spices, seasoning and 3 cups if vegetable broth. Added the uncooked fusilli. 15mns on the pressure cooker setting. Et voilà …
Delicious.
