Going for Gold

So I won this rare award at work for my outstanding customer service, it also won me £5o of vouchers and a place at the annual awards...however I would have left the business by then to start my Traineeship...so I'll spend the vouchers with glee and wear the badge proudly until I leave.

Fail of a day in the sense that I totally forgot I had booked in Overtime so had an unexpected 12 hour day then got locked out of my house! FML...OH WELL can't have it all x
