Everlasting
I was hoping to blip the rhubarb and ginger muffins I made with girls tonight, using the organic homegrown rhubarb I bought at the gala on Saturday. They taste good but look a poor reflection of our baking abilities, so here's Betty's leftover everlasting gobstopper instead. Hit by a mallet to open it up, but destined to remain everlasting- who on earth could finish one of these bad boys?
