I had my last follow-up appointment at hospital (my 12 month follow-up, but it is actually 15 months since my admission ended), and it felt very positive to be back there after making such positive progress. I was surprised by how alien it felt to be there despite it being my base for six months; it is wonderful to be so very far from the state that I was in when I first arrived there...
I got an excellent coffee from Milk en route back, and also stopped at The Rookery where I found damselflies and more holly blues.
