Orchid

This is the final flower on the orchid which has flowered non stop since September
After today at the cafe I have decided to give up at the end of July . The upstairs clients were demanding a difenent menu as they didn't like the choices. Tough. They got what we had. Downstairs the orders got in middle and I really don't know how as I did them as I got them. Then there were relationship problems . So thankful I am off for next 2 weeks.
Hospital this morning for speech therapy which was very helpful . I have to inhale. Steam 3X daily, neck exercises to loosen the neck and blue through a straw into water to make bubbles . Do you remember being told off by your parents for doing this as a child . And I have to hum
