“I am nobody, who are you?”

A lovely afternoon at the Emily Dickinson house in Amherst, Massachusetts.  The weather could not be more perfect.  I learned so much about my favorite poet.  We are staying at the Amherst Inn directly across the street.  (Extra photo of my room) The spectacular oak tree in the garden of the Dickinson house is 170 years old planted dry Emily’s lifetime most likely by her brother Austin who lived next door. It was magnificent.

Gift#137: a special trip on a special day with a special lady.
