Roads and canals

I’ve been nervous about riding on roads I’m unfamiliar with and decided today to go out on a big ride to get my confidence back. I wanted to ride to a fancy Asian supermarket in the other side of Gloucester so I got a quiet route on my maps app and set off. The shop was overwhelmingly good and I wished I had taken a list but I did get a few things. I rode back along the canal which I really enjoyed, I grew up in a town famous for its canals and they were a big part of my life.

This evening birthday preparations have been taking place as somebody turns 5 tomorrow.
