Beach Day

Finally after 8 days of predominantly heavy showers and sunny intervals, the skies cleared and we enjoyed sunshine all day long. Needless to say Mr P and I made the most of it and spent the morning on the beach and even braved the sea for a very refreshing dip. That said the water was definitely warmer than Scotland in August! After lunch we packed our bags and then had farewell drinks with our friend, Juanma. Despite the weather it has been lovely to relax here in the north of Spain. Off to Madrid in the morning.
