In the Pink

Fairly miserable day,
most of the light went about 10.30am and never recovered.
I had my blip in the can on the way home.
Then at 8.00pm the cloud cover started to break.
By 8.30 it was starting to streak with orange, so a dash for a quick blip.
Taken from the track above the jetty as the tide was still going out.
Who would have thought we were going to get this display for 5 minutes.
One minute it was yellow along the horizon,
with turquoise and blue clouds.
Then Pink
Then blue grey and dusk.
