Comfrey

In a week, the comfrey (Symphytum officinale) along the river walk is as tall as I am. It’s getting close to that time of year when Gavin & R have to tell me what’s going on because I’m too wee to see over the top of the plants :)

Did spot a kingfisher flying down river this evening and R sent me a photo of newly hatched goosander chicks, or goslinganders as we call them :)
