Bologna

We completed the Lucca to Piacenza section of the Via Francigena. Considering all the rain, we only missed 1.5 days of cycling of the original plan. We are now in Bologna for a week. It was a transition travel day and not conducive to taking pictures. In fact, I took none. So we took a walk after dinner in search of at least one photo. Bologna is a big, bustling city. At 10 pm tons of people are out walking, eating, drinking, cars, bikes, buses, motorcycles. Lots of action, except for this quiet little alley.
