13th century defence-tower...

Day 1 of our trip to Fryslân, one of the Dutch provinces in the north of the Netherlands. After we checked in at our vacation-bungalow, we went to see this 13th century Frisian defence-tower, called "Stins". The houses next to the tower were built in the 19th century... @ Feanwâlden, the Netherlands
